AN ACT to amend and reenact article 11, chapter 64 of the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, relating to authorizing the Department of Veterans’ Assistance to promulgate a legislative rule relating to VA headstones or markers; and relating to authorizing the Department of Veterans’ Assistance to promulgate a legislative rule relating to the state home for veterans.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of West Virginia:


That article 11, chapter 64 of the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, be amended and reenacted to read as follows:

 ARTICLE 11. Authorization for department of Veterans’ assistance to promulgate Legislative rules.


§64-11-1. Department of Veterans’ Assistance.

(a) The legislative rule filed in the State Register on August 1, 2014, authorized under the authority of section ten, article two, chapter nine-a, of this code, relating to the Department of Veterans’ Assistance (VA headstones or markers - fiscal, 86 CSR 4), is authorized.

(b) The legislative rule filed in the State Register on August 1, 2014, authorized under the authority of section ten, article two, chapter nine-a, of this code, relating to the Department of Veterans’ Assistance (State home for veterans - fiscal, 86 CSR 2), is authorized.
