A BILL supplementing, amending, reducing and increasing items of
the existing appropriation from the department of agriculture,
agriculture fees fund, fund 1401, fiscal year 2006,
organization 1400, by supplementing and amending the
appropriations for the fiscal year ending the thirtieth day of
June, two thousand six.
Be it enacted by the Legislature of West Virginia:
That the items of the total appropriation for the fiscal year
ending the thirtieth day of June, two thousand six, to fund 1401,
fiscal year 2006, organization 1400, be amended and decreased in
the line item as follows:

The purpose of this supplementary appropriation bill is to
supplement, amend, decrease and increase existing items in the
aforesaid account for the designated spending unit for expenditure during the fiscal year ending the thirtieth day of June, two
thousand six with no additional funds being appropriated.
