A BILL to make a supplementary appropriation of public moneys out of the Treasury from the balance of moneys remaining unappropriated for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2019, to the Department of Health and Human Resources, Division of Health – Central Office, fund 5163, fiscal year 2019, organization 0506, by supplementing and amending the appropriations for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2019.

Whereas, The Governor has established that there now remains an unappropriated balance in the Department of Health and Human Resources, Division of Health – Central Office, fund 0407, fiscal year 2019, organization 0506, that is available for expenditure during the fiscal year ending June 30, 2019, which is hereby appropriated by the terms of this supplementary appropriation bill; therefore

Be it enacted by the Legislature of West Virginia:

            That the total appropriation for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2019, to fund 0407, fiscal year 2019, organization 0506, be supplemented and amended by increasing an existing item of appropriation as follows:

Title II – Appropriations.

NOTE: The purpose of this bill is to provide $3 million for 10 pilot projects or five years in hospitals and doctor’s offices across the state, funding Drug Free Mother Baby projects, which cut the rate of children who are born to addicted mothers.
