A BILL to amend and reenact §64-6-1 of the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, relating to authorizing the Fire Commission to promulgate a legislative rule relating to the State Building Code.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of West Virginia:


ARTICLE 6. Authorization for Department of Military Affairs and Public Safety to promulgate legislative rules.

§64-6-1. Fire Commission.

The legislative rule filed in the State Register on July 25, 2018, authorized under the authority of §29-3-5b of this code, relating to the Fire Commission (State Building Code, 87 CSR 4), is authorized.

 

NOTE: The purpose of this bill is to authorize the Fire Commission to promulgate a legislative rule relating to State Building Code.
