A BILL to repeal §30-15-8 of the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, relating to removing criminal penalties applicable to midwives.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of West Virginia:

ARTICLE 15. NURSE-MIDWIVES.

§1. Repeal of section relating to removing certain criminal penalties applicable to midwives.

            §30-15-8 of the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, is hereby repealed.

 


            NOTE: The purpose of this bill is to remove certain criminal penalties applicable to midwives.
