A BILL to amend the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, by adding thereto a new section, designated §20-5-16a, relating to providing a ten percent reduction in fees for state and county employees at state parks.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of West Virginia:
That the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, be amended by adding thereto a new section, designated §20-5-16a, to read as follows:
ARTICLE 5. PARKS AND RECREATION.
§20-5-16a. Discounts for state and county employees.
The director shall provide to West Virginia state employees, and all county employees in the state, a ten-percent reduction in campground and cabin or lodge room rental fees for each campsite and cabin or lodge room to be used exclusively by the state employee and his or her immediate family.
NOTE: The purpose of this bill is to provide a ten-percent reduction in fees for state employees at state parks.
