A BILL to transfer land located in the Western District, Taylor County, West Virginia, from the State of West Virginia to the Taylor County Commission for the use and benefit of the county commission for the purpose of developing a youth recreational complex.
Be it enacted by the Legislature of West Virginia:
LAND TRANSFER TO TAYLOR COUNTY COMMISSION.
§1. Transferring land from the State of West Virginia to the Taylor County Commission for the purpose of developing a youth recreational complex.
The State of West Virginia is authorized to transfer to the county commission of Taylor County, West Virginia, without consideration, certain lots, tracts or parcels of land of the property known as the institutional farm at Pruntytown under the jurisdiction and control of the Department of Agriculture, together with the improvements thereon, the privileges thereof and the appurtenances thereunto belonging, situate the district of Western, in Taylor County, West Virginia, and being more particularly bounded and described as follows:

This conveyance is made upon the condition that the property is used by the Taylor County Commission to develop and maintain a youth recreational complex. If the property is used for a different purpose or is abandoned by the commission, the ownership of the property shall revert to the State of West Virginia.
NOTE: The purpose of this bill is to transfer certain land located at the institutional farm at Pruntytown from the State of West Virginia to the Taylor County Commission to develop and maintain a youth recreational complex.
