A BILL to repeal §60A-10-16 of the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, relating to eliminating the expiration date of the Multi-State Real-Time Tracking System.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of West Virginia:

ARTICLE 10. METHAMPHETAMINE LABORATORY ERADICATION ACT.

§1. Repeal of section setting an expiration date for the Multi-State Real-Time Tracking System.

That §60A-10-16 of the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, is repealed.

 

NOTE: The purpose of this bill is to repeal the termination of the use of the Multi-State Real-Time Tracking System.
