A BILL to amend the Code of West Virginia,1931, as amended by adding thereto a new section, designated §60-4-3c, relating to allowing the same business owner to brew and sell beer to also distill and sell liquor.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of West Virginia:


ARTICLE 4. LICENSES.


§60-4-3c. Beer and liquor licenses may be held by the same person.

Any person who is licensed to manufacture and sell liquor under the provisions of §60-4-3a of this code may also be licensed to brew and sell beer under the provisions of §11-16-1 et seq. of this code.

 

NOTE: The purpose of this bill is to allow the same business owner to brew and sell beer to also distill and sell liquor.
