A BILL to amend the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, by adding thereto a new article, designated §4-16-1, relating to prohibiting the Legislature from negotiating with illegal strikers.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of West Virginia:

ARTICLE 16.  Negoiating with illegal strikers.


§4-16-1. Prohibition against negotiating with illegal strikers.

The Legislature nor any of its members or committees may negotiate with any individual or groups of individuals participating in an illegal strike.

 

NOTE: The purpose of this bill is to prohibit the Legislature from negotiating with illegal strikers.

Strike-throughs indicate language that would be stricken from a heading or the present law and underscoring indicates new language that would be added.
