AN ACT making a supplementary appropriation from the balance of
moneys remaining unappropriated for the fiscal year ending the
thirtieth day of June, two thousand five, to a new item of
appropriation designated to the bureau of commerce - economic
development authority - economic development project bridge
loan fund, fund 3169, fiscal year 2005, organization 0307,
supplementing and amending chapter thirteen, Acts of the
Legislature, regular session, two thousand four, known as the
budget bill.
WHEREAS, The governor has established that there now remains
an unappropriated balance in the bureau of commerce - economic
development authority - economic development project bridge loan
fund, fund 3169, fiscal year 2005, organization 0307, available for
expenditure during the fiscal year ending the thirtieth day of
June, two thousand five; therefore
Be it enacted by the Legislature of West Virginia:
That chapter thirteen, acts of the Legislature, regular session, two thousand four, known as the budget bill, be
supplemented and amended by adding to Title II, section three
thereof the following:
TITLE II - APPROPRIATIONS.
Sec. 3. Appropriations from other funds.

The purpose of this supplementary appropriation bill is to
supplement this account in the budget act for fiscal year ending
the thirtieth day of June, two thousand five, by providing for a
new item of appropriation to be established therein to appropriate
other funds for the designated spending unit for expenditure during
the fiscal year two thousand five.
