AN ACT expiring funds to the balance of the family protection
services board, domestic violence legal services fund, fund
5455, fiscal year 2001, organization 0511, for the fiscal
year ending the thirtieth day of June, two thousand one, in
the amount of one hundred fifty thousand dollars from the
unappropriated balance in the West Virginia health care
authority, fund 5375, fiscal year 2001, organization 0507.
Whereas, The Legislature finds that the balance in the West
Virginia health care authority, fund 5375, fiscal year 2001,
organization 0507, exceeds that which is necessary for the
purposes for which the account was established; therefore
Be it enacted by the Legislature of West Virginia:
That the balance of the family protection services board,
domestic violence legal services fund, fund 5455, fiscal year
2001, organization 0511, be increased by expiring to that fund
one hundred fifty thousand dollars from the unappropriated balance of the West Virginia health care authority, fund 5375,
fiscal year 2001, organization 0507, to be available for
expenditure during the fiscal year two thousand one.
The purpose of this bill is to expire one hundred fifty
thousand dollars from the unappropriated balance in the West
Virginia health care authority, fund 5375, fiscal year 2001,
organization 0507, to the balance of the family protection
services board, domestic violence legal services fund, fund 5455,
fiscal year 2001, organization 0511, for the fiscal year ending
the thirtieth day of June, two thousand one, to be available for
expenditure during the fiscal year two thousand one.
