A BILL to amend the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, by adding thereto a new section, designated §18-10G-8, relating to exempting Buildings 6, 7 and 9 of the state Capitol Complex from the requirement that food service facilities be operated by West Virginia Division of Vocational Rehabilitation.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of West Virginia:


ARTICLE 10G. PROVIDING OF FOOD SERVICE IN PUBLIC OFFICE BUILDINGS BY THE WEST VIRGINIA DIVISION OF VOCATIONAL REHABILITATION.


§18-10G-8.  Exceptions; State Capitol Complex.

Notwithstanding any provision of this article to the contrary, the requirements of this article do not apply to Buildings 6, 7 and 9 of the state Capitol Complex.

 

NOTE: The purpose of this bill is to exempt Buildings 6, 7 and 9 of the state Capitol Complex from the requirement that food service facilities be operated by West Virginia Division of Vocational Rehabilitation.
