A BILL to repeal §17-15-3 of the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as
amended, relating to working prisoners by county commissions.
Be it enacted by the Legislature of West Virginia:
ARTICLE 15. COUNTY CONVICT ROAD FORCE.
§1
. Repeal of section relating to working prisoners by county
commissions.
Section three, article fifteen, chapter seventeen of the Code
of West Virginia, one thousand nine hundred thirty-one, as amended,
is hereby repealed.

code relating to working prisoners by county courts, now county
commissions.)
