AN ACT supplementing, amending, reducing and increasing items of
the existing appropriations from federal funds to the
Department of Health and Human Resources - Division of Human
Services, fund 8722, fiscal year 2007, organization 0511, by
supplementing and amending the appropriations for the fiscal
year ending the thirtieth day of June, two thousand seven.
Be it enacted by the Legislature of West Virginia:
That the items of the total appropriation from the Department
of Health and Human Resources - Division of Human Services, fund
8722, fiscal year 2007, organization 0511, be amended and decreased
in the existing line item as follows:

The purpose of this supplementary appropriation bill is to
supplement, amend, decrease and increase items of existing
