SENATE RESOLUTION NO. 1

Raising a committee to notify the House of Delegates the Senate has assembled and completed its organization.

Resolved by the Senate:
That a committee of three be appointed by the President to inform the House of Delegates that the Senate has assembled, with a quorum present, organized by the election of the Honorable Earl Ray Tomblin as President, and Mr. Darrell E. Holmes as Clerk, and is ready to proceed with the business of this regular session.
