HOUSE RESOLUTION NO. 7

Amending the rules of the House of Delegates, by adding Rule 66a,
 relating to limiting action on all pending bills after the
 fiftieth day of the session until the budget is passed; and
 providing no salaries if legislative session extended for
 passage of budget.

 66a.  After the fiftieth day of any legislative session, no
 matters pending or sought to be brought before the House may be
 considered or otherwise acted upon until the annual budget has been
 voted upon and approved by the members.

 for passage of the annual budget, members of the House may not
 receive any additional salaries or per diem pay, but are entitled
 to receive their expenses incurred.
