Delegate Shott moves to amend the committee substitute on page seven, line one hundred and four, following the word "year.", by inserting the following:
"Provided, however, That the Authority shall be entitled to a credit against any amount payable to the Tax Commissioner pursuant to subsections (c) and (d) for all amounts that the state receives during the taxable year covered by such certification which is allocated from the federal government's Highway Trust Fund as a result of the inclusion of toll roads currently under the authority's control , or any portion thereof, in any calculation of the total interstate mileage within the state. Such tax credit shall only be to the extent that such amounts paid to the state are not paid over to the authority."
