Explanation of above estimates (including long-range effect):
According to the emergency rule filed by the board, the user fee will be $200 per full-time employee. Please note that fiscal impact that this legislation will have on the judiciary is a moving target because the number of full-time employees changes throughout the year. This specific estimated cost is based upon the number utilized by the ERP Board in its invoice to the Judiciary dated October 31, 2014.
