Memorandum

This fiscal note addresses the amendment being offered by Delegate Stansbury today, March 2, 2015. The amendment removes the fiscal impact on the Judiciary, as long as the language “Participants must either be eligible for Medicaid, or eligible for a state, federal or private grant or other funding sources that provides for the full payment of the treatment necessary to participate in the pilot program” remains in the amendment.
