This legislation is not anticipated to have any impact on revenues authorized for the Department of Agriculture under Chapter 19 of the WV Code, nor does it require the expenditure of any agency resources.
Memorandum
A veterinarian employed by the Department of Agriculture has had discussions about HB2437 with the Board of Veterinary Medicine, and the Board raised some concerns about potential conflicts in the current version of the bill with existing language in WV Code 30-10.
