A Bill to amend and reenact Chapter 20-7-1 of the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, all relating to natural resources police officers; clarifying that the subsistence allowance is pensionable.
Listed below are estimates for Pension Benefits funding increased amounts required for FY 2018. Estimates are based upon current staffing levels. Funding will be from the law enforcement budget.
