The West Virginia Board of Risk and Insurance Management (BRIM) does not maintain any relevant financial data to estimate the additional expense of allowing any suit filed against the BRIM to be brought and prosecuted in the circuit court of any county where the acts of omissions giving rise to the suit occurred. As a result, any estimate of the projected expenses for the current fiscal year, or any subsequent fiscal year, cannot reasonably be determined or estimated.
