Explanation of above estimates (including long-range effect):
We are unable to ascertain any identifiable additional costs to the various counties created through the potential adoption of Senate Bill 80. Our analysis indicates the proposed legislation is not creating any new fees or increases in existing fees. In addition, any additional costs incurred in providing for review and approval of local Board of Health policies by the respective County Commissions are likely to be inconsequential.
