The Purchasing Division does not believe that this bill would have a significant impact on the costs and revenues of state government. This bill does, however, conflict with SB 283. A “same as” bill for SB283 is expected to be introduced in the House.
The Purchasing Division would prefer that SB 283 language be utilized to address the debarment issues that this bill is intended to cover.

This bill conflicts with a portion of SB 283 and the Purchasing Division believes that SB 283 addresses the issues this bill is intended to cover in a more understandable way. A “same as” bill for SB283 is expected to be introduced in the House.
