Effect this measure will have on costs and revenues of state government.
There is be no additional cost to the State as a result of this legislation. However, counties may be required to assume additional expenses for uniforms and other costs related to sponsoring interscholastic sports. Counties are permitted to require Tebow students to pay any participation/activity fee in an amount equal to the fee charged to a public school student. Tebow students are responsible for paying any increase in insurance premiums that occur as a result of the school district providing coverage for such student.
