Fiscal Note Summary
Effect this measure will have on costs and revenues of state government.
The purpose of this bill is to provide a special license plate for pollinators. The bill also sets a fee.
This bill establishes a one-time initial application fee of $10, and an annual fee of $15. The $15 annual fee would not be revenue to the Division as it is designated for the Department of Agriculture, as such, it is not included in this fiscal note.
Initial expenses will consist of mainframe and cash register programming at $6,597. The average cost of manufacturing a plate is $6.80.
