Explanation of above estimates (including long-range effect):
We believe that the various county governments (Prosecuting Attorneys) are already incurring some of the costs which would be encompassed within the scope of the proposed Bill. In addition, we believe that adoption of the proposed legislation would probably act to increase certain costs for the various Prosecuting Attorneys around the State; however, we do not have the ability to adequately anticipate fully the nature and amounts of any such additional costs.
