    The only fiscal impact foreseen would be the cost of each member sent to the 16 week basic law enforcement academy; the increase in expenses would be a minimal sacrifice and impact compared to the value it will provide to the future sworn member and the overall ability of the agency.

    Only foreseen expense at this time is the cost of individuals attending the 16 week basic law enforcement academy based on current cost. This is the only item foreseen in addition to the normal start up of new members.
