This bill would increase expenses by adding an additional Magistrate position in Putnam County. Each Magistrate also has a Magistrate Assistant, so this bill would result in an increase of two FTE's.

Explanation of above estimates (including long-range effect):
This fiscal note is based on the addition of two FTE's in Putnam County Magistrate Court. Personal services includes the two salaries, as well as payroll taxes and benefit costs.
There would also be costs for computer equipment, office supplies, and travel expenses for mandatory training.
