The bill will require a one-time cost for creation and revision of standards for the courses as well as the end of course examination.
Memorandum
Currently Personal Finance is embedded into the required senior Civics course. This will require the revision of the Civics course as well as the creation of a standalone personal finance course. Required graduation credits will also need revised.
