This piece of proposed legislation provides for a $2,900 per person pay increase for sworn members of the West Virginia State Police and those Civilian Forensic Lab Personnel whose salaries are codified. The remaining civilian membership of the West Virginia State Police are not addressed in this fiscal note. The total fiscal impact for this legislation is $2,782,251.
