Summarize in a clear and concise manner what impact this measure will have on costs and revenues of state government. The estimated impact of a $10 increase to the Parole Supervision Fee would result in a 25% revenue increase for the WV Division of Corrections, Parole Supervision Fee Fund , Special Revenue account. In FY25, total collections for these fees was $1,065,390.20. Increasing the fee by $10 would result in an estimated total of $1,331,737.75, which is an increase of $266,347.55. Please note that these figures are approximate due to fluctuations in the number of parolees and applicable waivers to fees that some parolees are eligible for.
