This bill would not have any impact on our agency due to our non-collection and non-disbursement of any funds from this office.  The State Fire Marshal's only responsibility pertaining to this bill, would be to report to the State Treasurer the names and addresses of all volunteer and part-volunteer fire companies and department's eligibility to meet the requirements as established by the statute.
