No impact on state government. A county ordinance book and paper would cost approximately $100 per county. This would not be an annual cost as most counties would not fill up one book annually. Initially, the cost would be about $5500 total statewide

One ordinance at approximately $100 per county will probably last each county for a few years. Therefore, there is not a significant long-range impact.
