Effect this measure will have on costs and revenues of state government.
There is not enough information to determine what the fiscal impact on the agency would be. We currently do not track employees who are enrolled in higher education if the agency would be ultimately responsible for this reimbursement.

Memorandum
There is not enough information to determine what the fiscal impact on the agency would be. We currently do not track employees who are enrolled in higher education if the agency would be ultimately responsible for this reimbursement. I originally stated there would be no fiscal impact on the agency but after reading the Bill again my assumption is that the agency would bear this expense should this legislation be passed.
