This legislation, in its current form, requires the State Board of Education to develop a Safety While Accessing Technology education program to be taught to students from the 3rd to 12th grades. The WVDE believes that they can work collaboratively with various organizations to create training for students on using technology safely. Therefore, this legislation has no fiscal impact on the WVDE.
