Fiscal Note Summary

Effect this measure will have on costs and revenues of state government.

Summarize in a clear and concise manner what impact this measure will have on costs and revenues of state government. The West Virginia Division of Natural Resources, Parks and Recreation Section formalized a state-wide adopt-a-trail program in May 2023 pursuant to SB 4 which passed during the 2023 Regular Legislative Session. This bill is redundant and would not impact costs and revenues of the Division.
