Explanation of above estimates (including long-range effect):
Personal Service Expenses would increase for the additional manpower and Current Expenses for modifications to our existing database/license system.
Revenue, we can not estimate the additional revenue due to not knowing how many licenses would be issued at fee of $55,000 per license.
Memorandum
We don't know the impact of this bill for the effects it would have on Distributors and the number of licenses being issued yearly.
