The proposed bill, as drafted, purports to create a T license for foreign brewers on a temporary basis to sell beer at any fair or festival, whether licensed or not for alcohol sales.
The proposed bill, as drafted, has many drafting and structural problems and references inapplicable sections of the code with respect to sampling 11-16-11a.
The proposed bill, as drafted, does not amend any definitions or structure of the 3 Tier system.
