Explanation of above estimates (including long-range effect):
We are unable to identify any additional costs to the State or political subdivisions of the State which would result from enactment of the proposed legislation. Likewise, the proposed legislation could result in additional collections of the Hotel Occupancy Tax which might not be collected currently; however, we have no reasonable basis to make any projections with regard to additional potential revenue collections under the proposed Bill.
