There is not a cost to the State for SB442.

SB442 would not have a fiscal impact on the State when bill becomes effective. WorkForce WV currently has similar processes in place or should be in place prior to July 1, 2022, whether or not bill passes. The processes are or will implemented to satisfy federal guidelines for grants.
