The State Treasurer's Office estimates that the office will be able to absorb increased operational expenses to administer the program without requesting an additional appropriation. If Senate Bill 294 is adopted, the State Treasurer's Office will be able to pay for the costs of the Jumpstart Savings Program with special revenue.
