Fiscal Note Summary
Effect this measure will have on costs and revenues of state government.
Summarize in a clear and concise manner what impact this measure will have on costs and revenues of state government.
This House Bill should create no need for additional revenues. The costs to state government would only be those overpayments that would not be recaptured, and through the unemployment eligibility and review process Workforce strives to keep this to a minimum. All funds would come from the Unemployment Trust Fund.
