This legislation would have no fiscal impact on the Department of Administration's Office of the Cabinet Secretary. If the legislation becomes adopted, the Secretary develops and implements procedure. The office can perform the duties at current staffing levels.
However, agencies electing to close state facilities in small communities will incur expenses when conducting impact studies, publishing notice, and holding public hearings.

Individual agencies electing to close state facilities in small communities will incur expenses to conduct an impact study, publish notice, and hold public hearings. This office has no ability to generate those estimates.
