Senate Bill 619, if enacted, would replace the Higher Education Policy Commission with a new Office of Post-secondary Education The proposed legislation would establish new goals and reform the allocation of certain appropriations. It would also provide measures for increased accountability.
No additional appropriations would be required to fund the provisions of this bill.
