This piece of proposed legislation provides for a $2,550 per person pay increase for sworn members of the West Virginia State Police and those Civilian Forensic Lab Personnel whose salaries are listed in code. The remaining civilian membership of the West Virginia State Police are not addressed in this fiscal note. The total fiscal impact for this legislation would be $2,236,327.00.
