There will be initial expenses of equipment and fixed assets related to getting equipment set up to begin investigations. This bill will generate no additional revenue and will be fully funded by existing federal grants.

WorkForce WV currently has available positions that will be used for the Fraud Unit, so this will not create an additional expense to the agency. There will be a need to purchase computers, supplies, and vehicles. Vehicles will be used by the agents out in the field doing investigations.
