Please explain increases and decreases in personal services, current expenses, repairs and alterations, assets, other costs and revenues, including assumptions and data sources and delineation between start-up and ongoing costs. Please also include a long-range schedule of costs and revenues if fiscal impact is expected to vary in future years. Assuming an investment of $500,000 from Fund 3024 and $4,000,000 from Fund 3336, earning 1.9% in the IMB, earnings would be approximately $9,600 for Fund 3024 and $76,600 for Fund 3336.
