Summarize in a clear and concise manner what impact this measure will have on costs and revenues of state government. If the Board is terminated, the special revenue fund would cease to exist. Therefore, the Boards revenue and expenditures would cease to exist as well. The Board is mandated by the legislature to be financially self-sufficient. The source of revenue is obtained by annual licensing and license renewal fees. Upon closing out the fund account, it would no longer exist.
